The inspiration for One Degree: Unleashing Your Focus came during a mentoring session with the Men2Boys Mentoring Group. I was encouraging the young men, telling them they were just one degree away from stepping into their successful destiny. Another mentor in the room paused and said, “That was profound—you need to write a book about that.” That moment planted the seed. Three years later, the book came to life. It was completed in October 2020 and published in December 2020.

This book isn’t just a project—it’s a message. I wrote it to remind people that no matter where they are in life, it’s never too late to course-correct and move toward their true purpose and destiny. We all get off track sometimes, but we also hold the power to shift our direction.
