Meet Dr. Gary Wilder
Dr. Wilder is a retired United States Marine Corps Master Sergeant, a combat veteran, and a transformational leader whose life embodies purpose, resilience, and service. With over two decades of distinguished military service—including a combat tour in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and served during Operation Iraqi Freedom—he also served as a Marine Drill Instructor, Scout/Sniper, and Counterintelligence Operative.
Driven by a passion for mentoring and leadership, Dr. Wilder earned his Doctor of Ministry degree, publishing his acclaimed dissertation, “A Legacy of Leadership: Mentoring Today’s Adult Males.” He now serves as an associate pastor at Abundant Life Church in Margate, Florida, and continues to inspire others through his work as a certified professional Life Purpose and Leadership Coach.
A dynamic speaker and self-published author of “One Degree: Unleashing Your Focus,” Dr. Wilder brings clarity and empowerment to audiences across platforms—from church stages to corporate seminars. In 2010, he was inducted into the American Football Association Hall of Fame and is the proud owner of the Palm Beach Makos Adult Men’s Minor League Football Team. He and his wife, Felecia—a fellow ordained minister and professional life coach—reside in Margate, Florida, and are proud parents of three adult children and one daughter-in-love.
